William Blake on Beauty
Exuberance is Beauty. ~ William Blake
Beauty is a vital concern mostly for artists. What artists know and other people are reluctant to see is that beauty if highly connected with truth and justice. Our dignity depends on our relations with such ideals. Without beauty, the world would be dull and colorless. All the richness and complexity of life and nature takes the form of beauty, so we can appreciate it. When we learn to see beauty everywhere, there is always excitement, passion, and serenity and no time for boredom or evil.
